Framework
- Submitting data for review creates no obligation to license.
- Each offer states scope, permitted use, price and the platform fee applying to that offer.
- Delivery requires supplier approval, an executed agreement and explicit authorization of buyer access.
- Payouts are made after the buyer accepts delivery and SourceX receives payment, and are recorded with a payment reference and date.
- Suppliers are responsible for confirming their right to license the data.
