Data marketplace
A managed marketplace for proprietary AI data.
SourceX operates a managed marketplace rather than an open listing site. Businesses describe the data they hold; AI developers describe what they need; SourceX matches them and coordinates each transaction. Datasets are not publicly listed, and nothing is delivered without the supplier's approval and an executed agreement.
Managed vs. open marketplaces
| Open marketplace | SourceX (managed) | |
|---|---|---|
| Listings | Public | Private |
| Matching | Self-serve | Coordinated by SourceX |
| Terms | Standardized | Negotiated per deal |
| Delivery | Immediate download | After approval and agreement |
Fees
SourceX earns a platform fee on completed transactions. The fee applying to each offer is recorded at the time the offer is made.
