Question
What does de-identification cost?
By SourceX Editorial · Updated
Short answer
It depends on data type, volume and risk. Structured fields are cheaper; free text, audio, images and video cost more because they need tools plus human review. Health data under Expert Determination adds expert fees.

A business describes its data, buyer demand is assessed, scope and permitted use are proposed, the data is prepared and de-identified, an agreement is signed, and the approved dataset is delivered. See data licensing for detail.
