Anti-spam policy

SourceX Inc. ("SourceX"), 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, does not send spam and does not allow anyone to use our service to send it. We follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the EU ePrivacy and GDPR rules that apply to our email.

• People who contacted us, submitted a form, started an application or created an account.
• Businesses and partners we have an existing business conversation with.
• We do not buy, rent or sell email lists, and we do not send to harvested addresses.

• Accurate sender name, from address and subject line.
• Our company name.
• A clear way to stop non-essential emails: an unsubscribe link, or a reply asking us to stop.

Unsubscribe requests are honored automatically and promptly, and always within 10 business days. After you opt out we only send messages required to run a transaction or account you have with us (for example, password resets or agreement receipts). You can also email hello@sourcex.si to be removed.

Addresses that bounce or mark our email as spam are suppressed automatically and are not emailed again.

If you received an email from SourceX you believe is unsolicited, forward it to hello@sourcex.si. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
