Workforce and privacy commitments for estate data sales

SourceX estate-data commitments, filing-package resources and a notice template for former employees.

Standard estate commitments

The signed documents govern permitted use.

De-identification is completed and checked through the documented process before use or onward transfer that requires it. The signed scope and approved processing route control what may be processed.

Records the estate cannot lawfully license, prohibited data and exclusions agreed in the signed Confirmation must stay outside the dataset.

If the deal does not close, affected data is deleted within 30 days of decline, including approved recipients' copies. Restricted legal-compliance and routine-recordkeeping copies and inaccessible backups follow the signed retention exceptions.
