How it works
Each non-empty line is parsed as JSON and added to an array in file order. Lines that fail to parse are listed with their line numbers and left out; the tool tells you how many. Nothing is reordered or changed.
Limitations
- Invalid lines are excluded from the array; fix them first with the JSONL validator if you need every record.
- A single JSON array must be loaded whole by most programs, which is why large datasets are usually kept as JSONL.
