Exclusive license
Quick answer
A license where the owner agrees not to license the same data to anyone else within an agreed scope.
Exclusivity can be limited by field of use, territory or time. It usually commands a higher price because the buyer gains an advantage.
The trade-off is that the owner gives up other deals in that scope for the term.
